I'm completing my 20^th year in the field of education. The first 18 of 20 years were spent in a variety of professional capacities at the DAR School. The time at the school was well spent as I had the opportunity to return to my alma mater and experience growth as a person and as a professional. The last 2 years have been spent at Brindlee Mountain High School. BMHS is a wonderful place to work. My time spent here thus far has been very gratifying. The staff, students, and people of the community have been wonderful to work for. I enjoy working with the staff and students in a secondary setting. It is rewarding to have an impact on the growth of these young men and women at such a crucial time in their life.

Outside of the work setting, I love spending time with my 3 children, Maston, McKayla, and Madison. I've enjoyed watching their maturation into young adults. I'm proud of the paths they've chosen to follow at such an early stage in their life. Also, I enjoy the opportunity to spend time with my 5-year old lab, Peace. Others should be so fortunate to have the love and loyalty that these four individuals have shown and given to me in my life. Aside from time spent with them, I enjoy solitary time in the outdoor setting. Favorite ‘reads' are anything written by John Gierach. Favorite ‘flicks' are anything involving Redford or Eastwood. The same applies to music in respect to James Taylor and Stevie Nixx.
